The wind comes from nearly every direction and is good as it is. Can be gusty sometimes as wind can be in the mountains but usually, it's pretty good.
Transport: | Car |
Access: | Short Walk |
From the guest house to top of the hill, it takes about 10-15 minutes walk. If the wind is orientated uphill, you can go with your kite directly from the guest house to the top of the hill.
One restricted area (military basement) about 5km away from departure point. We often ride up to there and beyond. As long as you do not penetrate the fences, there is no problem. A guest house just down the hill offers a resting place for a cool time. It can receive up to 18 people overnight.
Nothing around. You are in the middle of the mountains/hills. The guest house is the only house around and uses a windmill to create its electricity. Valcivieres (200 inhabitants) is 10km down. This place is for nature lovers: quiet, nothing around and such a beautiful sight from the hills.
