The beach direction is North-South. The best sand beach in Finland. Really good conditions for learning kitesurfing. In the summer there are lots of swimmers, but they disappear just when the good winds arrive in the autumn on August to September. There is enough space to safely launch/land a kite.

Take a plane to Pori. Find your way to Mäntyluoto, follow the signs to Yyteri. Or from Helsinki, you can get there by bus. Or rent a car (but you'll need a map to drive there from Helsinki and it takes about 3-4 hours to get there by car).
No fees or special rules. If you do not use kite leash you will get free advice from the locals. No special zones or times for surfing at the moment.
