NO Riding from 1st to 40th St. at the ocean front (Memorial Day to Labor Day). 1. Kite leash is mandatory. 2. No kiting from 1st to 40th St at the ocean front from Memorial Day to Labor Day. 3. Beware of angry surfers. 4. Respect the locals and beach goers. 5. The local kiting crew will not allow dangerous kiting. We value our access greatly and surfing was banned for 20 years and we fought our asses off to get it back. 6. The local kite crew are a great bunch of guys that will also welcome newcomers as long as they have safe practices. 7. Use Designated Launch/Landing sites: *45th and 88th streets, Intermediate to Advanced Riders 8. Beginning riders: check nearby First Landing State Park or go to Cape Charles or the Outer Banks of North Carolina with shallow, flat waters.

We have every type of nightlife that you can imagine as well as plenty of things for the family to do including but not limited to: 100+ Bars and nightclubs, water slides, amusement parks, go cart tracks, museums, art galleries, The VA Marine Science Center. Every type of restaurant you can imagine.
