Nice grassy area to rig and launch. Watch out for power lines right beside grassy area. Mix of sand, pebbles, rocks and logs. No rules or regulations, probably the easiest spot near Victoria to kitesurf. Wear a leash as the current can be pretty strong. (I've spent 15 minutes body dragging for my board and only gained a meter or two till finally someone brought me my board).
