Flat water and with bigger swell on the open ocean. It can have excellent waves coming around the mole. Strong current in the channel and up the beach as well. Strong beach break. Stay away from the moles which can be a big danger.

Get directions from


Take E45 and exit at no.61 and take 28 to Vejle. Then onto 18 passing Give, Brande and Herning until you reach Holstebro. Here take the 11 towards Struer, crossing Oddesund until Ydby. Take a left onto 527 shortly after Gettrup and Vestervig left again onto 181 direction Agger. Follow 181, don't drive to Agger itself, until you reach the ferry to Thyborön. Just before the end of the road turn right onto a small road which ends in a parking lot. Now you need to walk a bit to the beach.
