Get directions from


A31 from Leeuwarden west to Harlingen. Here take a boat to Terschelling. Here get to the NW of the island and find West aan Zee.

The official zone is in between the both holiday villages West aan Zee and Midsland aan Zee. This is only during the summer months July and August when there's also a rescue team at the spots. You'll also need to get a permit at the town hall to be able to kite here. It's 10 Euro.

Nightlife
Very good in Midsland or in West-Terschelling especially during the summer months.
