Good winds all year round. Almost 100% wind from July to January. 65% wind during the rain season. The more to the west the better the wind. Right in the bay of Taiba, next to the cliff a bit less, gusty and sideoffshore wind.

From Fortaleza follow the main road to Taiba. Or on the beach with a buggy or 4x4. Just at Taiba you need to get off the beach due to a cliff. But then you can get back to the beach just behind the cliff.
