Located just west of the Nizza airport. Park directly next to the beach, or if too crowded park on the parking lot to the south of the big shopping mall.

Not suited for kitesurf beginners. Don't kitesurf in front of the airport. During summer, launching and landing the kites in front of the Var et Mer club is forbidden. The basin is reserved for windsurfing beginners.
