Works only in West and WNW winds. All other directions are gusty. East trade winds 10-20mph normally. Winds occasionally shift from the NE. Trade winds are normally out of the East at about 10-20 mph on Guam. Best wind is during the months of September thru May, but there are winds pretty much year round.
