Narrow sandy beach. No shells. Beach is a quarter circular bay. There is a rather small grass patch for building up your kite. There are annoying little flies after rain showers that bite.

The main wind is E-NE all the year. Windy season starts in December (NE wind), but February is probably the best time to be there, because then the wind is guaranteed and comes from the East. Wind is lighter in December (3-5 Bft.) and gets stronger during the season.

Get directions from


Kitebeach is about 400m east of Sainte-Anne. You can see the kites from the main road. Simply turn off into the entrance of the beach ground. There is shabby looking restaurant with a big yellow-red sign that you can see from the street as well. Follow the track for another 200m. Watch the potholes!

Not much in St.Anne. Ask the locals, they are friendly and might invite you to a party.
