Wind Type:
Thermal Winds
Best Direction:
SSE, S, SSW
Main Direction:
SSE, S, SSW

Best direction is SSW-SSE which is the common sea breeze direction. Picks up reliably around 3-5 pm and stays up until sunset around 8:30 pm. The breeze is pretty constant at 15-20 knts. During January to February you can kitesurf 75% of the afternoons, the rest of the summer 50%, but the wind is more unreliable and gustier. Can be very gusty and light on the inside in S-SSE. Always smoother air and more wind out past the breakwater. Sideshore: NNW and SSE.
