Kiteboarders should avoid crowds and try to stay a reasonable distance away from bystanders with a kite in the air. Don't approach within 300 ft. of the fishing pier. DO NOT come inside the swim zone exclusion buoys. The Broward Sheriffs office is actively enforcing kiteboarding in LBTS and has even arrested one kiteboarder after repeated warnings. Get well offshore and stay there until time to come in.
