Very long and open beach. Parking allows easy access to the water along a 3/4 of a mile long strip of beach. Plenty of room in the off-season to launch/land kites. The beach may be crowed during the summer months, but in most instances a safe and open launch site can be found. The beach is all sand, and there are no underwater obstructions.
