Public access, next to a state park beach. No life guards on this area. 1000 meters long, with slight curve. Width: 20-50 meters of open sand, with trees coming to the edge of the sand. Kites accepted.

Get directions from


Enter Lydgate state Park off Rt 56. Bear right at the second intersection and follow signs past Condos to 'Play Area'. Continue past climbing equipment out onto beach toward right. Best area is 2/3rds along the beach.
