Grassy area to rig your gear. Very limited space to launch and land with palm trees close by. Therefore walk out your lines in the shallow water and launch from there.

Main wind directions: East and Northeast. From these directions the winds are very steady. Be careful with thunderstorms and squalls. Always keep watching the sky. On North winds it will be gusty through the bridge, but further out it is nicer, but it is offshore.

From Miami drive down to the Florida Keys. Get onto Islamorada and behind the bridge turn on mile marker 83.8 left to the oceanside at the lighthouse and drive to the water.
