Take I-45 south from Houston and take Nasa Road Exit. Stay on Nasa Road past HWY 146. Turn left on Toddville Road. Stay on Toddville Road for about 2 miles. Turn right on El Jardin (small food service station at corner). El Jardin runs into a small parking area at the beach.
Be wary of demolished piers on either side of beach areas. Center pier area has scrap cement boulders under the water so watch your feet. Kiters move between El Jardin and the Levee in Texas City depending on the winds.
