Fly to Remedios, Santa Clara, Varadero or Havana. Havana is about 350 km away from Caibarien. From Caibarien take the dam which you need to pay for. Drive the dam for about 50 km to the end onto Cayo Santa Maria and get to the North of the island and find the beach. There is a small airport for private jets on one of the islands connected by the dam where you can fly to.
