Season starts in October when cold fronts start pushing through. October through May is the best time, but the most reliable months would be April and May when a combination of late season cold fronts and spring trades blow and it warmed back up. Summer: Southeast trade/thermal-lite to moderate, thunderstorm dodging. Fall: all directions but the Northeast is what we live for. Lite to windy, never can tell what day will produce. Winter: all directions, some gusty west winds on lagoon, and some great North and Northeast winds for the ocean. Spring: West, Northwest, North, Northeast and Southeast. Works best in Easterlies. Good in summer and spring with the evening thermals. Many times when the ocean side is unridable, the wind is good enough here.
