Better months are from April till August. The wind comes very often, the good direction is N and NW for the flat spot. The waves get the same wind. See the directions for the wind direction for the wave spot. In the flat area all winds are ok since it's closed.

Go by A1 highway and after the Arrabida bridge turn in the ocean direction. You can see the river bank from the bridge. Very close to the Porto airport.
