Choppy water, no waves. Very flat water with NE next to the airport runway.

Nice, open area for launching. Sandy beach which can get crowded with kites and beach goers. On busy days spots can be found a short walk south that won't be so packed. The beach backs onto a busy road only 100m downwind.
