In the morning time almost flat. In the afternoon it is choppy and getting more wavy. In the later afternoon waves up to 2 meters with heavy shore break. Difficult for wave riding. Strong current moving you south along the beach.

20 kilometers of nice soft sand. Every time a lot of space for launching and landing. Only a few 0.5cm shells, no pebbles, rocks or other obstacles. Some fisher boats and tourist on the beach. If there is low tide tourists ride bicycles (they can be fast) at the beach, be careful when launching and landing.

Thermal winds are starting at 11am getting stronger in the afternoon. Good wind forecast at Weather Underground. You can add 3-6 knots to their forecast if the wind comes from S, SW, W, NW, N caused by the thermal conditions. In March the winds will usually get stronger according to fisherman.

Take a plane to Dabolim airport in Goa. Get a taxi for 350 Rupees. 40 minutes later the driver drops you at Benaulim Beach.
In India nobody need licenses. Restrictions belongs to general safety rules especially on Sundays when all Indian tourist are arriving and its getting more crowded at the beaches.
About 50 beach shacks, bars and restaurants directly on the beach 20-80 meter to the waterline are open till the customers are leaving.
