Just in front of the fishing village there is a channel quite wide (about 100 meters) here you can go out at any tides and there are less rocks then Tugu. The waves are easier then the other beaches.

The wind is definitely sideshore and more constant compared to the other beaches. It can happen, that if there is no wind on the east cost there is 14-18 knots of wind on this side. Some kind of venturi effect plus the land heating create more wind in this side.

Another good place is few kilometers further down the coast from Canggu, called Seseh Beach. Just in front of the fishing village.
