Low Tide

This location is kiteable with every tide as is a deep lagoon, the water is really nice with incredible colors and stay quite flat even in strong wind. The entrance in the water is really easy, 100 meter of sand that at high tide is cover with about 40 cm of water and at low tide dry out but excellent to walk on till the lagoon. Actually the best water condition are with low tide. There are some coral heads down wind in the middle of the bay that stick out at really low tide, quite easy to see them and stay far, is quite cool to slalom between those corals where the water keep changing colors.

The wind is mostly in the morning starting very early (already good at 07:00 am) and usually dying in the first hours of the afternoon. The wind is sideshore at this spot but is coming over the land so is a bit gusty. Studying the wind chart of the airport the windiest months are during the summer from April till November over 50% days of wind over 12 knots with June, August and September that peak at over 80% days of wind. As the wind before the point come from the land is a bit gusty, but manageable, in case of problems the wind will push you till the end of the bay so the all set up is quite safe.
