This launch area is a cooperative effort with the local government. Please, no trash, no loud music, be nice to everyone. Not suited for kitesurfing beginners.
Many choices to go crazy in New Orleans. The bars and restaurants across the levee are great. Try an Oyster Po Boy sandwich.
